I am an associate partner at Rosetta – the largest independence interactive agency in the country.  I have the privilege of working in a company that has an industry vertical dedicated to B2B.  Business to business  interactive marketing is my passion, especially strategy, social media, and eCommerce.

Over the last 12 months I have seen a need to look at web 2.0, social media, and interactive marketing through the eyes of B2B marketing, so this blog is dedicated to presenting ideas and my approach to helping B2B  marketers become more relevant.  Why relevant?  I believe that in general  corporate web sites in the form of Home | About Us | Products | Services are becoming more and more irrelevant.  B2B 2.0 is about knowing your customers, and engaging them into a relevant dialogue that build and create relationships.

I also have a passion for B2B commerce.  Traditionally, unlike B2C, B2B commerce has been a function of IT instead of Marketing like in it’s counterpart.  B2B 2.0 is slowly pushing commerce into the marketing function as usability, customer experience, lead management, and transactions are infused together.  I hope to track these trends within B2B commerce and convey best practices along the way.
